Scampering Amongst Mountains
In summer 2025, a small group of runners and friends will gather for a self-organized camp in the Eastern Sierra. We’ll be chasing peaks, sharing miles, and moving through this land with care and gratitude.

We’ve been scampering up and down mountains together for over a decade. We’ve made some of our favorite memories running and climbing in the Sierra. Now, after time apart filled with big life transitions and growing families, we’re reuniting to make new ones.

FAQs
Can I attend?
We’re keeping this camp intentionally small and invite-only so we can move together with care and connection.
Are the runs supported?
This is a self-supported adventure. We’ll carry what we need (water, fuel, layers) and look out for each other.
How are you supporting the land and its original stewards?
We run with gratitude on land that has been cared for by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial. In the spirit of reciprocity, we’re asking non-Indigenous participants, especially those who benefit from settler-colonial systems, to donate to Indigenous Women Hike, an Indigenous-led collective reclaiming ancestral trade routes and relationships to land. It’s a meaningful step in honoring the people and places that make this camp possible.
Where can I get the shirt?
Click here to purchase an East Side Running Camp shirt. We’re donating all proceeds from shirt sales to Indigenous Women Hike.
